As you enter the Serengeti, the scenery transforms into breathtaking open grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see. After arriving in the park, enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive with opportunities to spot some of Africa’s most iconic wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and enormous herds of wildebeest. As the sun begins to set, experience the spectacular colors of a Serengeti sunset while surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness. Later in the evening, continue to Friends Camp for a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay. Settle into the peaceful surroundings of the bush and enjoy an authentic African safari atmosphere beneath the vast Serengeti sky.

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a full-day safari through the magnificent Serengeti National Park. With an entire day dedicated to exploring the park, you’ll have more time to discover its diverse landscapes and enjoy incredible opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural surroundings. Accompanied by your experienced safari guide, you’ll explore the open grasslands, woodland areas, and riverine habitats where animals frequently gather. Along the way, you may encounter prides of lions relaxing beneath the shade, leopards resting in acacia trees, and cheetahs patiently watching the plains for their next opportunity. You may also see elephants traveling in family groups, large herds of buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and numerous species of colorful birds. At midday, enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the Serengeti, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild. After lunch, continue your game drive, taking in more of the park’s spectacular scenery and wildlife. After an early breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is a unique volcanic caldera that forms a natural sanctuary for thousands of animals, creating one of the highest wildlife densities in Africa. Here you may spot black rhinos, large lion prides, hippos, flamingos near the soda lake, hyenas, and many other species. After enjoying a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend and begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon and concluding your remarkable safari experience.
